There's no crazy middle-of-the-scene cliffhanger stuff at the end! The first story ends at a good, satisfying spot. You'll be begging for more, but still happy (smile).
New and Revised Edition
This book was previously published in 2014 as The Runaway’s Journey. It has been rewritten and enlarged by fifty percent and published in two parts, which comprise the total story. The first part is The Runaway Beginnings; the second part is The Runaway Endings. The first part has revisions and new chapters. The second part is a totally new creation.

This book is a well done reboot of a previous version brother Eric wrote a couple years ago. While I enjoyed the original, after reading the second part of this story I appreciate that Eric took the time for this rewrite.This second version flows a lot better and it sets up the premise of the second part with a lot more suspense. Although this story isn't over until part two, this part illustrates very well how easily people can make the wrong choices and entangle themselves in a lifestyle that can be very destructive.
I read part two, and loved how this story ends. I highly recommend taking the time to read both and reflecting on how gracious and loving our Lord Jesus Christ is. Thank you brother Eric!

I have been searching for good books to read for some time now. This book flows and captures your attention. Very good read.
This book is a wonderful depiction of how teens today question and do not realize the full impact of their poor choices. Full of suspense, intrigue, questions and the impact of prayer.
A very realistic and heart breaking story. Having known God from my childhood, it's almost unreal to me that someone would believe there is no God. I'm so glad I know Him, and love Him for who He is as well as what He does.
