He has never stepped out his kitchen or travelled to the lands that serve their authentic cuisine. Surprisingly however the global clientele doesn't seem to be complaining and are wolfing down whatever's on the plate.
The reason being global clients have learnt to live with mediocre service because they have crossed the Rubicon and there is no returning back given the shoestring budgets and lost talent. Anyone who has been in the industry a couple of decades and should be able to relate to this book.

To me it was a complete revelation of how outsourcing is done between India and the U.S and it really gave me a insight to the perspective of how management decisions are made.
