Luna
Everyone thinks I’m a good girl, but I have a dark secret. I’m a kleptomaniac. For years, I’ve managed to keep my secret from everyone until I slip up and almost get caught. Fortunately, Grey Sawyer steps in and saves me from getting into trouble.

Grey Sawyer is one of the most popular guys in school and hasn’t always been nice to me. While I’m grateful he helped me out, I worry he’ll tell everyone my secret and my good girl reputation will be ruined.

Grey
I understand Luna’s situation more than she realizes because I have a secret of my own. One I desperately want to tell her. But with our rocky past, I know I’ll have to get her to trust me first and show her I’m not the guy I used to be.

One of my favorite authors to read is Jessica Sorensen. Lately, I have been going through Kindle and reading older books as well as newer titles. I was in the mood for a Jessica Sorensen and Confessions of a Kleptomaniac jumped out at me. Luna Harvey has secrets and confessions about her life that she has been keeping hidden. Everyone sees this good girl and Miss. Perfect but her life is far from it. Luna's parents are strict, and her punishments are extreme like her clothes being burned in a bonfire. Luna also talks about her Aunt Ashlynn whom the family disowned fourteen years ago and to top it off Luna is a closet kleptomaniac. Lately, Grey's eyes have wandered over to Luna, and he is trying to become a better person as he hated the way he acted before his father died. Luna and Grey over the course of the novel start to get close, and Luna finds herself confessing about her life to Grey. As this novel was quite a YA novel, we can easily see where the story is going to end. I have to admit though the twist with Ashlynn, I didn't expect that I had thought that she was possibly Luna's actual mother not the way it turned out when we discovered the truth about Ashlynn and why she was disowned. If you are looking for a good YA novel aimed at 14-16+ years then Jessica Sorensen's Rebels and Misfits series are the books for you.

Confessions of a Kleptomaniac Rebels Misfits eBook Jessica Sorensen Reviews

For me. It was too short and I think that's why I couldn't get into it much. Hopefully Willow and Beck's book is longer
I didn't like the characters.I 've read other books by this author that I have liked but this one I simply did not.
Quick read. More for young readers. I give it 3 stars as it was mostly PG and only 2 errors. What is with editors these days? Too much spell check being used.
A cute, endeering story. I had a lot of questions about/with the story, all were answered off course.
But the ending kind of felt flat.
I loved this book! I will be reading the next one! I was really interested in the side characters willow and beck so I have to read there story!
Wow I really liked this book. It was really good at pulling you in and not letting go. First of all I loved the little group of friends Luna had, they were each a bit different but a very tight close group of friends. And boy, let someone mess with one of them "say Luna" then you had the rest of them to worry about. You messed with one you messed with them all. Then there's Grey, sweet Grey. He might not of been so nice in the past but that wasn't really the real Grey. I don't think at first they realized that they were perfect for each other and just what they both needed. I think sense both Luna and Grey had been through some tough times it made them both able to relate to each other, and I think it's what brings them together and closer. I'm sad for how Luna's parents treat her, it's so awful and there's so many secrets kept that are soon brought to light. Also what Grey goes through with his dad is really sad. I think it's a nice story to read with a sweet and perfect ending that's meant to be. I'm also glade there's a second book because to me I don't feel like Luna and Grey's story is finished. I think they have lots more to tell and can't wait to find out what's next. So I guess this means I'm off to start the next book.
Loved this. Truly loved it. This book is actually the first real YA book I've read in a while. When I say YA book, I mean that it's fairly clean, with no explicit sexual interactions. It does, however, have sexual references and foul language, including the f-bomb. If the intended reader is an actual YA, this should probably be taken into consideration before reading. As for me, a full adult, I thought the book was great. I loved the story line and the characters. There were a few small errors, such as missing or wrong words and a few verb tense changes. However, it was nothing bad enough that it took away from my enjoyment of the book, as evidenced by my 5-star rating. This was simply a very enjoyable read. Kudos to the author. I can't wait to read more from this series.
